returns & Refunds

You may return any item purchased on studioraisonne.com within 14 days of the delivery date by following the instructions below:

1. Initiate Your Return
Email us at info@studioraisonné.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return. Within 1 business day you will receive your Return Authorization with detailed instructions.

2. Prepare Your Return
Items must be returned in the same condition as received:

  • Unworn and unwashed

  • All original tags attached

  • Original packaging included

Please note: Due to the unique, pre-owned nature of our inventory, each piece is one-of-a-kind. Returns that do not meet these conditions cannot be accepted, as we cannot resell items that have been altered or worn.

3. Ship Your Return
Follow the instructions provided in your Return Authorization email. For orders shipping within the continental United States, Studio Raisonné will provide a prepaid return label at no cost to you.

For orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and international destinations, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as Studio Raisonné cannot be held responsible for returns lost in transit.

Processing Your Refund

Once your return arrives at our studio, please allow up to 10 business days for inspection and processing.

If your return meets our conditions, you will receive:

  • A Refund Confirmation email

  • Refund to your original payment method (minus original shipping costs, which are non-refundable)

Refund timing varies by payment method:

  • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex): 5-10 business days after processing

  • PayPal: 3-5 business days after processing

  • Apple Pay/Shop Pay: 3-5 business days after processing

If your return does not meet our conditions, the item will be shipped back to you and no refund will be issued.

Local Pickup Returns

If you are in the New Jersey/New York area and prefer to return in person, please contact us at info@studioraisonné.com to schedule an appointment. Same-day refund processing available for approved local returns.

Exchange Policy

Due to the one-of-a-kind nature of our curated inventory, we are unable to offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different piece, please return your original purchase and place a new order.
