How do I place an order on studioraisonne.com?

Select your desired piece and click "Add to Cart". Your shopping cart will appear in the top right corner. When ready, click "Checkout" to complete your delivery and payment information. You'll receive an Order Confirmation email once your purchase is complete.

The item I wanted has disappeared from my cart. What happened?

Due to the one-of-a-kind nature of our curated collection, we cannot reserve items in your cart. Each piece is unique—when it's purchased, it's gone.

If an item is no longer available, we invite you to browse our current collection or reach out to our Concierge team at info@studioraisonné.com to discuss similar pieces or upcoming arrivals that match your interests.

Do you offer preorders or waiting lists?

While we don't offer traditional preorders, our Concierge service allows you to share your preferences for specific designers, styles, or pieces. We'll notify you when something matching your criteria becomes available. Contact us at info@studioraisonné.com to set up your personalized alerts.

I haven't received my order confirmation. Has my order been confirmed?

If you haven't received an order confirmation email within 1 hour of placing your order, please check your spam or junk folder. Search for emails from info@studioraisonné.com.

If you still can't locate your confirmation, please contact us at info@studioraisonné.com and we'll verify your order status immediately.

Where do orders ship from?

All orders ship from our warehouse in New Jersey. Most orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days.

Why am I receiving multiple shipments for the same order?

In rare cases where you've purchased multiple items, we may ship them separately if they require different handling or packaging. You'll receive a tracking number for each shipment.

Where is my order?

Once your order ships, you'll receive a Shipping Confirmation email with tracking information. You can track your package using the provided link.

Can I modify or cancel my order?

Please contact us immediately at info@studioraisonné.com if you need to modify or cancel your order. We process orders quickly, so we can only accommodate changes if your order hasn't shipped yet.

Orders that have already shipped must be returned following our standard return policy.

What are my shipping options?

We currently offer:

  • Standard Shipping (USPS Priority Mail, 2-3 business days): $15

  • Express Shipping (USPS Priority Mail Express, 1-2 business days): $30

Free standard shipping on orders over $500.

Why hasn't my order shipped yet?

We process orders within 24 hours on business days (Monday-Friday). Orders placed after 3:00 PM EST on Friday will ship the following Monday.

Our studio observes major U.S. holidays. Orders placed on these dates will ship the next business day:

  • New Year's Day (January 1)

  • Memorial Day (Last Monday in May)

  • Independence Day (July 4)

  • Labor Day (First Monday in September)

  • Thanksgiving Day (Fourth Thursday in November)

  • Christmas Day (December 25)

Which payment methods do you accept?

Why does my order show "estimated tax" at checkout?

Sales tax is calculated based on your shipping address in accordance with state and local regulations. The final tax amount shown at checkout is what you'll be charged—we collect sales tax for all applicable states.

Questions About Returns and Refunds

How do I return my order?

Items can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Please review our complete Returns Policy for detailed instructions.

To initiate a return, email info@studioraisonné.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return. We'll respond within 1 business day with your Return Authorization and instructions.

What condition must items be in for return?

Due to the unique, pre-owned nature of our inventory:

  • Items must be unworn and unwashed

  • All original tags must be attached

  • Original packaging must be included

Returns that don't meet these conditions cannot be accepted, as each piece is one-of-a-kind and cannot be resold if altered or worn.

Can I return items from different orders in the same box?

Please return items from different orders separately, using the Return Authorization instructions specific to each order. This ensures faster processing of your refunds.

Do you offer exchanges?

Due to our one-of-a-kind inventory model, we cannot offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different piece, please return your original purchase for a refund and place a new order.

How long does it take to receive my refund?

Once your return arrives at our studio, please allow up to 10 business days for inspection and processing.

If approved, you'll receive:

  • A Refund Confirmation email

  • Refund to your original payment method

Refund timing varies by payment method:

  • Credit/Debit Cards: 5-10 business days after processing

  • PayPal: 3-5 business days after processing

  • Apple Pay/Shop Pay: 3-5 business days after processing

Can you issue my refund to a different payment method?

All refunds are issued to the original payment method used for purchase.

What does "pre-owned" or "archive" mean?

Every piece in our collection is previously worn but professionally curated for quality. We specialize in premium menswear from designers like Stoffa, Visvim, Evan Kinori, and Thom Browne. Each item is carefully inspected, authenticated, and graded for condition before being added to our collection.

How do you grade condition?

We provide detailed condition notes in each product listing, including:

  • Overall condition rating

  • Specific details about any wear, marks, or alterations

  • Measurements

  • Original retail price (when available)

Are items authenticated?

Yes. Every piece in our collection is authenticated by our team. We have deep expertise in premium menswear and only source from trusted channels.

How often do you add new pieces?

Can I sell or consign my pieces to Studio Raisonné?
