RETURNS & REFUNDS
How do I initiate a return?
Returns are accepted within fourteen days of delivery. To begin the process, please contact us at info@studioraisonne.com with your order number and the item or items you wish to return. A member of our team will respond within one business day with a Return Authorization and full instructions.
In what condition must items be returned?
Given the singular nature of our inventory, each piece must be returned exactly as received — unworn, unwashed, with all original tags attached and original packaging included. Because every garment is one of a kind, we are unable to accept returns that show evidence of wear or alteration.
Can returns from different orders be consolidated into a single shipment?
We ask that items from separate orders be returned individually, each with its own Return Authorization. This allows us to process your refunds with the care and accuracy each acquisition deserves.
Do you offer exchanges?
Our inventory model — singular pieces sourced with great intention — does not allow for direct exchanges. Should you wish to acquire a different work, we invite you to return your original purchase for a full refund and place a new order at your convenience. Our Concierge team at info@studioraisonne.com is also available to assist in identifying the right piece before a return is finalized.
How long will my refund take to process?
Once a return arrives at the studio, please allow up to ten business days for inspection and processing. Upon approval, you will receive a Refund Confirmation and a credit to your original payment method. Timelines vary by method: credit and debit cards typically reflect the credit within five to ten business days; PayPal, Apple Pay, and Shop Pay within three to five.
Can a refund be issued to a different payment method?
All refunds are returned to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
THE COLLECTION
What do the terms “pre-owned” and “archive” mean?
Every piece in our collection has had a previous life — but has been chosen with the same rigor one might bring to acquiring a work of lasting significance. We specialize in premium menswear from houses such as Stòffa, Visvim, Evan Kinori, and Thom Browne. Each garment is examined, authenticated, and graded before it enters our inventory.
How do you assess condition?
Every listing includes detailed condition notes covering overall grade, any particulars worth noting — minor wear, markings, past alterations — along with precise measurements and, where available, the original retail price. We believe in complete transparency; the record speaks for itself.
How is authenticity established?
Each piece is authenticated by our team. Our collective expertise in premium menswear and our sourcing relationships allow us to stand behind the provenance of everything we offer.
How often does new work enter the collection?
New acquisitions arrive on a rolling basis. We invite you to follow us on Instagram or join our mailing list to be among the first to know when significant pieces become available.
Do you accept consignments?

SIZING & FIT
What if I am uncertain about sizing?
Each listing includes a full set of garment measurements. We recommend comparing these against a piece you already wear with confidence. If you have further questions, our Concierge team is glad to provide additional measurements or discuss fit. Write to us at info@studioraisonne.com.
Do you offer alterations?
Alterations are not a service we provide directly, though we maintain relationships with trusted tailors in the New York and New Jersey area and are happy to offer a referral. Please reach out at info@studioraisonne.com.
